Scout Skills
There are over 130 different merit badges for scouts to obtain. Throughout activities there are practical and fun opportunities to learn skills such as navigation, first aid, wilderness survival, knots and lashings, teamwork, communication and so many other important skills.

Camping
We believe strongly in character & skills building through high adventure. We even own our own plot of land for scouts to develop into a working campsite for the troop to enjoy. With an average of one camp out per month, year round - we're always on the move!

High Adventure
Scouts have the opportunity to make plans to participate in Scouting America High Adventure Programs or consider one of the big four National High adventure programs at Philmont, Seabase, Northern Tier or Summit Bechtel Preserve. Eligible scouts from Troop 20 have experienced both Philmont and Seabase in recent years.
